Terms and Conditions

1.All reservations, amendments and cancellations will only be accepted in writing, via E-mail

Quotations will be provided on request for any services not specified in the price list. Such quotations are subject to adjustment, if the services originally quoted for are not available at the time of booking

2. CANCELLATION POLICY:

If a confirmed reservation is cancelled, cancellation fees will be levied as follows:

• more than 72 hours prior to commencement of services ....nil
• ... between 72 and 24 hours prior to commencement of services ...75%
• ... less than 24 hours prior to commencement of services ..100%

Overland Tours:

• ... more than 7 days prior to commencement of services ....nil
• ... between 7 days and 3 days prior to commencement of services ...50%
• ... less than 72 hours prior to commencement of services ..100%

If a passenger fails to join a tour, or joins it after departure or leaves it prior to completion, no refund or rebate will be made.

3. CHILD POLICY:

Children 11 years and younger will be transported under the following conditions:

• children under 2 years – a baby seat will be provided on request at a fee of R 50.00 per service
• children 2 years and over are regarded as occupying a seat and will pay the adult rate

SEAT-IN-VEHICLE TOURS - A MINIMUM OF TWO ADULTS REQUIRED:

• children under 2 years will not be accepted on these tours
• children 2 to 11 years - a maximum of two children will be granted a 30 % discount off the ADULT rate

PRIVATE TOURS:

• children under two years - a baby seat will be provided on request at a fee of R 50.00 per service
• children 2 to 11 years - a 25% discount will apply to the PER PERSON rate for entrance fees & meals

4. Full payment is required in advance, prior to commencement of services
